Twintech were very fast to provide a quote and book a service date. They observed all covid protocols and did a very clean job removing the old unit and installing the new one. The only small negative was that they had to drill a new exhaust vent and instead of moving a shelving unit, or asking me to do so, they drilled the hole leaving the drilling mess on the shelving unit.
Overall very happy with the install and price, good honest work!
