Enzo Paving

The guys did an absolutely fabulous job especially when there as busy as they are right now. The crew worked really well together, and cleaned up great afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Vince and crew. Great guys!!!

charged more than quoted. showed up weeks later than quoted. said they would be back out on saturday to finish the job. then when I called was told they would be here on Sunday. Still waiting. and driveway is uneven. low spots.

The old man (owner) boss told us they would doing 6" and pack it with a 10ton roller when they were doing the job they only put down 4.5" when I questioned him about he got irate and said it is plenty not only that they only used a 5 ton roller
Soon after the driveway was cracking and weed through out most of the job

ENZO Paving has the worst customer experience! They take a deposit, show up when they feel like it, rip the driveway out put gravel in. Now we spend a week trying to call these people to see when the drive is supposed to be completed and they give you a run around on the phone; many excuses! they show up without any notice to put in the asphalt.
After the driveway is paved and they are packing up I noticed they didn't even bother filling in a fence post that was part of the contract, so they argue with us that they are not fence guys- why would they write it in the estimate if they were not fence guys??
The owner and his minion show up at 8PM demanding money for a half done job, at first we refused to pay until the job was completed, well this became ugly shortly with tempers. They say they'll be back to finish, I'm supposed to go on a word for $3000-- So we decided to pay the balance minus a few hundred for the hole they need to come back and fill.
The next day they came back to fill the hole BUT the one guy decided to crap at his worker the entire time (very Unprofessional) then demands the rest of the money without even being done yet!! Stating that his word is golden LOL and we needed to just believe him!! Seems to me a lot of companies in Windsor operate this way anymore Just the way he comes across to the customer is very demanding and aggressive. He stated that he will tell lots of people that we don't pay; how about all the complaints about his company and how others got taken for the $$ when anyone looks up ENZO Paving.. who pays all the money for a half-a**ed job that they need to comeback and fix ALREADY!! What leverage do we have to get it fixed or to even have them answer a phone call??
ADVICE: Don't hire these people for anything!! unless you want grief of bad service and half jobs that they say wasnt in the original deal or pay more money!!. The end product is very nice. But what a He** ride to get to this point!!

Enzo took advantage of my good nature when he asked if he could park his work equipment in my driveway when he was doing work for my neighbor. Of course I was ok with it, being the nice person that I am. I'll never do that again! When we got to talking, I metioned a small excavation job for a volley ball court I would like done in my yard. I asked several time "how much??" and he repeatedly said "don't worry about it!!" so I didn't. Also big mistake! He sent his boys to do the crappy job that they did and charged me some $700. To me, that's something to worry about. After my boyfriend stepped in and demanded some of the money back to be fair, next thing you know my front yard is being trashed with garbage every time they drive by. Maybe there isn't a BBB for Windsor, but there is Integrity Link, which reviews business's in this area and they somehow have an A+ rating. Something is clearly very wrong with that.

stay clear of this paveing company,they take your depoist,and then you get the run around for weeks then it turns to months,me and my next door neigbour were takin by this company,each for a 100 bucks,and probaly many more folks got there deposit TAKIN,also there is no BBB in Windsor,so there's no place to turn to tell others about this company,THEY TAKE YOUR CASH AND THERE GONE.

Warning! After he has your deposit, he will dissapear. It took me almost 4 months to get him to come back and finish the job, and when it was half way through, he UPPED THE PRICE! Ended up costing $3000 for a $2000 job! That was more than the other quote I got! He refused to give me a contract or any papwerwork, when it was over and told me "don't worry, it's guaranteed for a year".

Good luck trying to get them to return your calls a few months when the driveway starts cracking! They will never come back and fix their mistakes. I had another contractor fix it and he told me that even though they charged me for 8 inches of asphalt, he only put about 2 1/2!

Stay as far away from this company as you can!
