Absolutely terrible. I wasted thousands of dollars with this place. Carpet is wearing in 3 years despite having a supposed 20 year warranty. Refuse to send a rep from the carpet company. Carpet started to bubble up, had to fight to get them back to re-stretch the carpet for the second time. They actually wanted to charge my to redo it and found out I have some recycled underlay that has had all sorts of issues. Employee came to my house and walked through the entire house with his shoes on and tried to brush off any of the issues i pointed out. Did not follow up and basically tried to ignore me hoping I would go away. My whole family has used this company for years. No one in my family will be using them ever again. They actually just lost an entire house by the way they treated this. You have been warned.
