Ozone Duct Cleaning

They did everything expected and more - checked the furnance filter, cleaned the bathroom fans and venting. Highly recommend to anyone.

Following an extensive basement renovation, our house needed its ducts cleaned. I visited the HomeStars website and chose Ozone Duct Cleaning. Today I am breathing easier. Yesterday, Todd cleaned the air ducts, cold air returns, bathroom exhaust fan, and dryer vent.

Although the air ducts were cleaned by another company following our last major renovation years ago, the job was less than adequate. Todd spent more than four hours remedying the situation, including clearing out 1" of pet hair lining the cold air returns. We moved in 12 years ago and have never owned a pet!!!

Todd was respectful of our time and property. He called ahead to confirm his arrival time. Prior to starting, he took measures to protect our home. His powerful equipment is noisy, but it does the job! I could hear clumps of debris tumbling through the hose on its way out!

When he left, all the vent covers were reinstalled, the bathroom fan back in its housing, the dryer rebalanced, and the furniture back in its place. He also took the time to advise us about furnace filters and humidity levels. On request, he also showed us how to replace the evaporative pad on our humidifier.

Thorough work takes time. You get what you pay for - the service was worth every penny. Greater efficiency for our furnace, bathroom fan, and dryer vent will prolong the life of that equipment. Improved air quality in our home means better health and peace of mind.

Professional, diligent and very thorough. Used many other duct cleaning companies in the past but none match the scope of work done by Todd. He uses a very different system in comparison to traditional duct cleaning companies which removes more dust and dirt allowing the best air quality for your home. That "Ozone Duct Cleaning" provides excellent services was demonstrated to us last week [Dec. 13, 2017]. I could hear the passage of "stuff" through the exhaust suction flexible tubing and knew the air pressure pulsing through the ducts was indeed very effective...yet contained within the cleaning process so as not to make any mess in the living space. We selected two other services...the clothes dryer and the central vac. The clothes dryer...inside the dryer including all piping to exhaust outside; and the central vac... pipes were cleaned to include the outside collector.

After three years of moving into a new home, the build up of dust was driving me crazy. I would dust the furniture and within hours the dust was right back again. Yesterday Todd came in and cleaned the air ducts together with the drying hose etc. He did an amazing job. I checked the stove this morning which being black was always showing dust......voila, still clean! He was very professional and friendly. More importantly, he was meticulous about leaving your home as it was when he came in. There was no mess for me to clean up after he left. Ozone (Tod) was well versed and professional in the aspects in regard to my home. He cleaned my ducts, HRV, central Vac and dryer vent. He answered any concerns that I had with full explanations.
