I had a new front door installed and the service from start to finish was excellent. The initial salesman did a great job recommending what kind of door best suite my needs, and then the final installers did a fantastic job and even went the extra mile to make sure my old trim went back in so everything looks the same on the inside. I couldn't be happier!

Just had my NEW carpet installed in my three bedrooms by Home Depot. The price was very competitive and I was informed on the status frequently from the time the order was placed to the point of delivery and installation. The team of three installers arrived on time and the installation was very professional and completed ahead of schedule. The carpet has not only improved the looks of the bedroom but has already made us feel that we went with the right company.

We recently did a kitchen renovation from Home Depot. I really liked the service from there. I created my own design, in fact picked up my drawings. The store associate was ready to help me with the design i had and suggested some good alterations. Once i got the design updated in the system, i booked the service from them. They did a clean job. My Kitchen looks great now as planned by me. Thanks to Home Depot

We bought $5000 worth of hardwood flooring at home depot for the special %15 off. However, in the fine print, it said the %15 only covers $2500. Due to their generosity, we got the %15 for all $5000.

We bought our kitchen cabinets from Home Depot, the Kraft Maid line. This is a more expensive line, compared to others such as Orchard Park, etc. Our kitchen is quite small, but we did end up spending $13K on the cabinetry, not including installation, however including roll-outs, maple doors, and a painted finish. We worked with the kitchen designer, however, since we were installing our own cabinets, we had all the measurements and the design prepared. We found that HD was pretty flexible in terms of finding us 'cheaper' options, such as not doing the glass doors and getting the glass for cabinet doors done by a 3rd party, etc.

The main issue was in the quality of the cabinet doors (not the drawers). When the cabinets were delivered, we inspected them very carefully and reported back issues such as chips, knicks in the wood, and improper painted finishes. They had to send a Home Depot manager + a rep from Kraft Maid to come to our home to inspect what we had reported. This was done approximately 4 times before we were happy with all the doors! So, in the end we were happy with what we go, however, it took an awful long time to get to that point.

My husband and I bought our home 14 years ago. It was the ugliest home on the block. Every room needed to be knocked down, re-wired, insulated, new floors, new windows, new walls - you get my point. Slowly we did it (except for our bedroom and hall way upstairs and of course it's time to re-do our kitchen) He went back and forth from Home Depot to do the latest job - my daughter's bedroom. We got the oak floors, all wiring, paint, dryway, lighting from Home Depot. It's easy to pick things out there because there is helpful staff that know what they are talking about. Our whole home was re-done using Home Depot and we are very happy with our results. We will continue to use Home Depot for the rest of our projects.
