During the big rain storms in July, our basement started leaking from our basement window and from a crack in the foundation. We called a few waterproofing companies to come out, most never even returned our calls. Eric from Nusite came out the next day and gave us an estimate for repairing the crack we had in the foundation as well as the leak and crack around our basment window. They came back about 10 days later and finished the work in 2 days. So far it hasn't leaked and we've had 2 big rains since then. Eric was a gentlemen to work with and I would use them again, but hopefully won't have to.

After receiving five quotes on waterproofing and lowering my basement, I was recommended the Nusite team by two different individuals. Geoff took the time to explain to me the differences between the quotes and what I would be getting as a final product. Throughout the process, Geoff was always very responsive and listened to all of my concerns. Our house is 100 years old and presented many unforeseen challenges but Nusite was creative with solutions and never raised our price. We would definitely recomment this company in the future.

I had two large cracks around the window well in my basement that would leak whenever we had a heavy rain. David came out the day after I called Nusite and was able to come in a few days later to repair the cracks. We've had 2 major rains since then and I've yet to have a leak. He also gave me some landscaping suggestions to channel water away from my foundation which was very helpful. I would use them again.

I saw some water in a corner of my basement. David from Nu-Site came, showed me the problem and gave me quote the same day. The job was done fast and all the work was completed as promised. I was most impressed with how clean they left my house when they finished (I have had some bad experiences in the past). In a word these guys were professionals. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a leaky basement.

Purchased and am renovating a condo in Richmond HIll. The condo was empty for several months before I purchased and had a water leaking that turned into mold and mildew in the bathroom and the closet next to it.. The guys from Nusite came and were very professional. They finished the job as outlined. It was a lot of work and I was expecting them to try to add an additional charge, but they didn't. I would definitly use them again in the future.

David Steinberg inspected the leak and found cause. Provided a quote to repair from outside. The 2 leaks were repaired on time and within the quote. Work was neatly completed. Excellent job.

I called them for an emergency repair. They came out the same day. I know that emergency repair services usually take advantage of the situation. I was expecting to pay a premium for a last minute emergency repair. Not with these guys! David gave me an excellent price and got it done quickly!

I hope I don't need their services again. But if I do, I will be calling David. He gave me his personal cell number.

Last Spring, had a new central air system installed. The spot where they drilled through the foundation to run the hoses to the back of our house started to crack. Within 2 months, it left an 24" vertical crack going right into the soil.
Nusite was the third company to come out and gave a good price, and were located close by in Richmond HIll (in case we had problems later). They had to dig out a small part of our yard to get to the crack, but sealed it and didn't leave a mess afterwards. They did the work on time and didn't try to charge for anything above what they estimated. It's been about 5 months now and has't leaked yet, crossing my fingers!
