Last Spring, had a new central air system installed. The spot where they drilled through the foundation to run the hoses to the back of our house started to crack. Within 2 months, it left an 24" vertical crack going right into the soil. Nusite was the third company to come out and gave a good price, and were located close by in Richmond HIll (in case we had problems later). They had to dig out a small part of our yard to get to the crack, but sealed it and didn't leave a mess afterwards. They did the work on time and didn't try to charge for anything above what they estimated. It's been about 5 months now and has't leaked yet, crossing my fingers!
- Approximate cost of services:
- $2,800.00
- What could this company do to improve their services?
- They could have explained the process a bit better before the work started, but did a good job after it was done
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Get several quotes, a few of them I got were crazy
