Heating & Air Conditioning review in Kettleby

Original installation by Yanch was good. Subsequent reliability poor. Fails annually. Responsiveness of service team is very poor. Call centre does not understand what a geothermal system is. Left us without cooling for weeks despite constant calls. Do not rely on Reliance Home Comfort.

John took care of us from start to finish. The pre-sales process was excellent. John answered all our questions and provided several options. We went for the Climatemaster with a horizontal closed loop. We received a written quote and the work was completed on time and all staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I were particularly impressed by John's willingness to ensure that we were satisfied when the unit arrived and I wasn't happy with the configuration. He worked hard to provision a replacement unit quickly. The team were back to complete the installation without fuss. The team was tidy and were very careful moving equipment in and out.

The land digging and levelling was also impressive. They buried the loop in tricky, rainy conditions without any fuss. After the land settled, one phone call, and the tiller smoothed out the land ready for seed next day.

All in all a very satisfactory experience all round. I would recommend Reliance Yanch to anyone for geothermal. We did our comparison shopping and were glad we chose Reliance Yanch.
