Darrick responded promptly to our call for furnace service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with questions we asked, worked quickly and efficiently. He had helpful suggestions for future service. The cost of the call was very reasonable for the amount of time and work that Darrick did. I would definitely ask for Darrick if we need furnace service again. Thanks Darrick.
