We installed a geo thermal system several years ago. we have had it serviced regularly. last week we called to have it service again.
our installation company has been bought out by a large company.
I called 4 times over 3 days only to be put on hold for up to 15 min. never speaking to a person or being called back after leaving messages. Finally I called sales and spoke to a real person she got things going. Today Darrick #11339 came to the house he listened to my trouble with the call centre gave me a card with a direct number to his office and his supervisor Khyle.
he serviced my furnace, gave it a clean bill of health and made a couple of suggestions to make the furnace run even more efficient. He also informed me of a service being offered at great savings that would be of benfit to me.
I would not hesitate to have Darrick back at my house in the future.
I have since spoken to Khyle he has assured me the call centre problem will be addressed. he also gave me his e-mail and phone number
