I would like to thank Derrick, an employee of yours for excellent customer service. He came to my house on May 15th to clean my ducts. As a woman I have no clue the process and he was very informative on exactly what he was doing and where he was going when he was in different rooms of my house. I am pleased with the service i recieved, and the friendlyness/knowledge of your employee. A commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
