They installed air conditioning 2 years ago in 2013 and told me their 10-year warrantee was void last time I call (Aug 2015). They asked for $100 for the same warrantee renew, they said I missed the yearly turn-up which would cost $100 yearly anyways, this is why my warrantee was void. They charged me $234 for their service to turn on the machine, with no advanced notice, saying turning on the break is not covered in warrantee .
