We are incredibly happy with the work done by The Home Improvement People and the level of customer service provided by Caio Freitas.
The bathroom in our small, 100-year-old, East York home was in desperate need of a major renovation but, being the only bathroom in the house, we were concerned about the inconvenience that a big reno would cause. Having the work done while we were away on vacation was a solution, but meant finding a company that we could trust to take care of everything while we were away.
Caio took care of it. He helped us brainstorm and plan, told us just what we needed to know, worked within our tight time frame and set us at ease. He is very knowledgeable, professional and a really nice guy.
Very early on a (Saturday!) morning we handed Caio the key and his team began putting up protective plastic as we drove away to the airport...
The following Saturday we arrived home, not knowing what state our home might be in. We could not have been more pleased and relieved. In one week, the bathroom had been completely reconfigured; plumbing, tiles, flooring, electrical, painting... all very well done. The house had been cleaned and mopped, even pictures hung back up on the wall. Shortly thereafter, custom glass was expertly installed around the shower.
We love our new bathroom.
We would not hesitate to recommend The Home Improvement People and will be contacting Caio for our future renovations.
