The positive experiences of others with the Home Improvement People (HIP) documented on this site, led us to arrange for a consultation for a long-delayed renovation of our main bathroom and kitchen.
The estimate was within our budget and we proceeded with the first phase, involving the main bathroom. This is now complete and we are extremely happy with the result. We are anticipating a similar experience with the second phase, the kitchen based on HIP's approach to date.
Our project manager, Charlotte has expertly guided us throughout the process and her recommendations have been prescient. The staff - office and trades are the embodiment of professionalism, excellence and good communication. A true team approach - much appreciated.
