GarCon renovated 3 of our bathrooms and main floor kitchen. They were very patient with me and my wife when it came to the design and picking out all the finish material. The work was done very smoothly and things were completed within a matter of days from when Adam thought the project would be completed. Adam and his crew looked after making sure our house was always safe and clean so our children would not injure themselves. We are very happy with all the work they did for us and look forward to our next project with Adam. Highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a GarCon custom built home from Adam and his firm. We have found the quality of workmanship and finish material to be of the highest level. You can tell there was great pride in the design and layout of the house, and no small details were left unattended to. We are extremely happy with our purchase of this house and we hope to be able to recommend GarCon to our many family and friends when they decide to build or buy a new home.

We hired GarCon at the beginning of the year to complete our back addition. It has a kitchen, powder room and new family room. They cam highly recommended from a family member of ours, and their online reviews were excellent. They completed the work on time and there were no extra hidden costs which we were very nervous about. Even with some unforeseen condition's with our older home, Adam and his guys were able to deal with them quickly as to not lose anytime. very happy with my GarCon home.

After our flood this past July, GarCon was proactive and quick to respond to our needs in terms of restoration. I know that GarCon takes a lot of pride in the quality of work that they complete and it shows in their end product.

When we bought our home that was built in the 60's a few years back, we knew it was going to need some work. When we were looking at buying the home in 2008, we had Adam come out and give us some ballpark pricing on what things would cost that we wanted to have done. We were able to put a budget together and work towards a goal of being able to completely renovate the main floor. We finally reached our goal earlier this year and called Adam back to give us a more detailed quote. His final quote was within 5% of what he had ballparked it would be a few years prior. As he had promised, the work was done on time, and exactly how we wanted things done. His suppliers were very helpful in helping us pick our finishes. Hopefully we will be able to call GarCon back in another few years when we are able to tackle the second floor renovation that it really needs. We give GarCon a 10 out of 10 on meeting all of our expectations.

We are very happy with the work GarCon did for us. We did a complete gut of our 2 washrooms and our basement. the work was done well and on time. The quote was detailed so we knew exactly what we would be getting for our money, which was a huge relief for us. the other guys did 1 or 2 page quotes and we very vague. Adams quote was detailed and organized so we could follow our project from beginning to end. All of the workers were very nice to deal with. Quality was top notch.

Adam came highly recommended to us from some friends who just purchased an older home and did a lot of work to it. We were quite pleased with Adams responsiveness to our concerns and our overall budget for the project. He worked with us to modify and revise the quote so we would be able to do what we needed to do to our home, and not break the bank. He was very patient with me and my husband and always took the extra time to make sure everything was explained to us. The project was completed almost exactly on time as he had originally thought it would. Our home is beautiful and our kids are really enjoying all the new space as well. The kids and I especially enjoyed working with the foreman Larry. They were all a great bunch of guys to work with. We are now a very big fan of GarCon.

We hired GarCon to complete a complete gut and renovation of our 2 story home in Toronto. We completed 2 washrooms and a brand new kitchen as part of the renovation. Their crew was friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. Most of the trades that were brought in were extremely pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed working with Adam and his complete staff. They were very organized and made sure we were kept informed throughout the entire process. Overall it was a very successful project.

Our basement flooded badly this past July from sewage back up. Garcon replied to our call for help right away. The next morning at 8 am a large crew was there to quickly empty the basement, rip out the flooring and drywall and install fans and dehumidifiers. They were fast and effective. As we discovered more items that needed to be removed, they kept coming back until it was all done. We definitely were saved by Garcon and appreciated their help in this difficult time.

GarCon just finished our addition to the rear of house. it is 2 floors plus a basement. My wife and I were very pleased with their detailed quotation so we knew exactly what we would be getting for our money. The project went very smoothly with only minor hiccups that Adam and his team were able to resolve very quickly. We are very pleased with the work done and would recommend them to our family and friends.
