Ripples Kitchen & Bath

We recently worked on two projects, one needing kitchen and bath fixtures and the other needing a few finishing elements for the bathroom. After trying a few places, we found Ripples and won't go anywhere else now. They have a great showroom with a lot of product on display, and they make it easy to browse catalogues and explore the thousands of items that aren't up on the walls. Ordering is fast, easy, and efficient and in most cases, they either had the fixture on-site or were able to get it from their warehouse by the next day. Staff are knowledgable and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I like that they carry Riobel products too - it's a well-made line, very stylish, and reasonably priced.

We have sourced bathroom fixtures from Ripples over the years and we have always found their services to be helpful and resourceful. Friendly and good follow up services. Linda and Melissa there are always very helpful. Highly recommended.

In 2007, Ripples did two magnificent bathroom renovations for us. We chose exactly what we wanted and they did it for us. This was when they first got into the bathroom renovation business. In any case, we chose top quality on everything and they installed it! It helps to have people who are real plumbers and real tilers do the work (naturally!). They did a complete gutting of the two rooms for us. One bathroom has a modern, cast-iron slipper bath (divine!) and the other has a sleek modernistic shower with Grohe rainhead. We went Grohe and Toto all the way except for the bath (Cheviot).

We went to a couple places to look for a new toilet. Ripples was the only place that answered all our questions and concerns. The other places gave us the impression we were asking too many questions. There was only a price difference of about $20. We still went with Ripples, they were pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We mentioned that we lost our the little knob cover on one of our bathtub faucet knob, they say either Hot or Cold. The sales lady called us when our toilet was in and said she got someone to find us a new knob cover and it was complimentary. Now that's customer service. We will definitely go back. And the Toto toilet we got...awesome.
