Excellent service, no complaints. Called L B to fix a boiler problem, the tech that came to my house was very sharp and fixed the problem in no time. He also gave some some great advice on how to maintain my heating system.

I received poor customer service, dishonesty, and a negative attitude from Alberto an employee at this company, Other employees at this company up to this point met or exceeded my expectations however after this negative experience all work was discontinued with this company.

Do not trust this company!, I had them come out because I smelled a leak, $300 later no leak, i call them back a week later because I smell a leak again, they tell me 950$ to fix my broiler, i tell them i'm going to get a second quote, they come back 2 hours later and tell me they need a part number, then disable my furnace WITH NO RED TAG, and tell me they wont turn it back on unless i pay them 950 to get the work done. Do not trust this company...BUYER BEWARE. Shutting down a families furnace in the winter without providing a red tag is not legal.
