We have had a Phantom door on our home for 20+ years. Screen needed replacing. An appointment was arranged within a week of the call. Service person was on time and completed the job with no mess within 45 minutes.
What a great product , what lasts twenty years these days? The mechanism was in great condition and needed only lubrication.
I would recommend Phantom to anyone looking for a sliding screen door.
