Great Job. From Brian who came and advised our options, Chris who took the measurements, and to the installers - Kyle, Nick and Konner. Everyone was informative and courteous. Extra thanks to the installers who really worked well as a team especially when they ran into some unusual construction issues with our old windows. They figured it out and made the necessary adjustments. They took care with our home and garden and cleaned everything up beautifully. Thanks to everyone!

We had our original wood trim windows replaced by Centra early 2019.
This work was carried out by Omar, David James and Marshall. All were extremely professional and skilled. The work was completed in a timely fashion, on schedule and they went the extra mile, finishing the trims around the window outside and inside. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Our experience has been amazing from start to finish. Jonathan helped us pick our windows and gave us a complete break down of all the sizes and rough opening sizes for our project. He was very friendly and helpful, and walked us through everything, even making sure that the sizes would work for our space (we had to connect with the framers to make sure).

Then we spoke to Carl to set up an installation date. Our plans were delayed due to weather, and we were able to connect with the installers and make another date that wasn't too far off in the future. We really appreciated that they were able to work with us on this.

On installation day, the installers came early, set up quickly and got right to work. One of our windows was framed wrong, and they told us right away, so we were able to fix it day of, and the installation still went really smoothly and finished on time. The installers left the site very clean. My only complaint was that they didn't do the house wrap at the bottom of the windows, which meant it was a bit more work for us to do later.

At the walk through, Chris showed me how each window opens and closes, how the screens and the pieces come out for cleaning, and we inspected each one. I felt confident that the job was well done and I feel confident that these windows are excellent quality products. It was also great to hear from Chris about where the windows are made and what, scientifically, makes them stronger so they last longer.

Overall, the process was great. We felt informed and connected throughout, and we knew the plan - we never felt like we didn't know what was happening. It's great peace of mind to be able to work with real, positive, friendly people throughout. We felt like we could depend on them, and even now, we are assured that these are great windows that work really well and will last through the years.

Let's face it, it's a significant financial commitment to replace windows. My house is 33 years old and it was time. I reluctantly committed thinking it was necessary but that it wasn't going to improve the aesthetic of my home much. Wrong!

I cannot be happier with the final product. It took a full week to replace all the windows and during that time, Andrew, Damon and Shawn were friendly, respectful, informative and helpful during the entire process. Even my pets enjoyed having them here and despite them being in the way from time to time, the guys were super kind and friendly to my furry friends.

The windows look fantastic. I chose new construction windows and am very happy that I spent the extra money. I would not have been as happy with retrofit windows, in fact one of my neighbors opted for retrofit and theirs don't look near as good as mine. It was an extra $3500 (approx) and well worth it. When you're investing that much, you might as well spend the extra money and get it done right.

The trim work done on the exterior of the house looks fantastic and loads better than the previous trim. They went beyond what was originally there, fixing areas where my original builder skimped or where the previous trim work had an outdated look. You know you have a crew that takes pride in their workmanship when they point out the small things they did to do it right.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Centra, in fact I will go out of my way to tell anyone what wants to listen what a great bunch the entire group are: install crew, sales, administration, booking, and pre-install measurement. Both the outside and inside of my home look phenomenal and the entire process was top notch professional.

A big thank you to the entire crew at Centra, especially the guys that braved the cold weather all week making my home look so fantastic.

I had to approach a lot of companies to find the one that would provide me with an affordable quote and a confident team. Andrew, Damon and Omar from Centra Langley were my boys! With a smile on their face and a swagger they took out a 42 year old, leaky, drafty garden bay window and removed structure, reframed the opening and put a nice deck door in their. In only a day and a half they made it look like it was meant to be there, better than we expected. They went above and beyond, even primed and painted certain extra parts that were not part of the original estimate, but happened during the project. The job was done 100% to our satisfaction.

We finally made the decision to replace the remaining 12 aluminum windows with new tech vinyl ones with Centra windows in Langley. We were tired with the wind drafts and freezing temperatures coming through our old ones.
Damon and Andrew did all the work, and boy were they good! Very professional-cleaned up their work mess every day Were fastidious and meticulous in their work-I was very impressed!!

We were so impressed with the exemplary service provided by Centra windows. From the initial information session with John and subsequent price quote to the helpful staff at the Centra Windows showroom to the amazing team of guys who installed the windows, the service was the best. We were particularly impressed with the installers - Andrew V, Damon, Shawn, Dave D. and Joe - who were very professional, punctual, friendly and who all just worked so well together as a team. We have just had 13 windows and 2 sliding patio doors replaced with full frame replacement. We couldn't be happier with the great new look of our house. Our friends and neighbours all tell us how great the new windows look. Complete strangers stop to give us very positive feedback! We have already noticed a difference in our hydro usage and cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We would like to give special thanks to Josh and his team of Darrel, Andrew, Chris, Kieran, and Jason, and Joe and Jon. They were all very friendly, polite, helpful. We would certainly recommend Centra to anyone looking for great windows and installation.
