It took three tries to get a new mail slot installed. The first time it was inside-out, the second time it was lose and nails fell out. But third try... and Paul and Taylor finally nailed it. Beautiful job!!

My apologies for the mix-up with the mail slot, with it not being an item that goes in every home perhaps we need to focus some more training on these not-so-common service visits.
