This installation was the second half of replacing the windows in our home. We originally began this process in the Fall of 2010 with Centra with the first half of the project being completed in January of 2011. We began the second half of the project this Spring 2012. The entire project went off without a hitch starting with the salesman Warren Scott, to the Installations Manager, Joe Walters and the Installation Crew, Carl McLean and Corey Vey. The cooperation in selecting the windows we wanted right through to the professional installation was terrific. The attention to detail was amazing and the finished product looks beautiful. We are extremely pleased with the service and the product we have received.
As we feel details are important, we would like to add that at the start of each job, drop sheets were placed on the floor, which helped to keep the area clean. At the end of the day, everything was picked up, and the carpets were vacuumed. All old windows and material were also removed from our yard, leaving it the same way it was before they began their work.
They were very pleasant while they worked, with a little singing to make it a little entertaining. A nice touch!
