I received a new furnace, humidifier, and water pressure valve. It all started when my furnace started to fail. I called Knight and a Geoff explained that replacement was a better choice than repair. Jon then came a few days later and replaced the furnace and humidifier as promised. It was then determined I needed a new water pressure valve and Kris was there the next day to replace it. All three gentlemen were very professional and prompt. Also, the office staff were excellent as well.
