We had our water tank replaced by Knight in April 2015 under warranty. The hot water tank stopped working on May 13, 2016. We called Knight and they sent Daniel out that afternoon. Daniel worked very hard trying to resolve the problem - he was here for 4 hours, replaced parts, and still the tank would not work. Even tech support was stumped and could not help. Daniel and his supervisor, Dave, worked on our behalf to get another tank (different manufacturer!) for us installed the next morning - which kept us from having to go all weekend without hot water! We were told that they would be here at 9:00 am the next morning (a Saturday). Daniel and Sierra arrived at 8:40 am. They had the new tank installed and running within 1.5 hours! Awesome job! We are very impressed with Knight Plumbing. They went above and beyond for us, and we appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and friendly techs!
