On Monday November 30, 2015 we discovered that there was a problem with our furnace. As it had been installed by Knight some 4 years ago, I gave them a call for help. I am not sure of the persons name, but I received very courteous and professional advice and direction. A service call was arranged and a mutual time was agreed upon. I received an advance call to confirm the time (which was 12:00 PM on Wednesday). At the arranged time the Knight Technician Karl arrived and proceeded to trouble shoot the problem. Based on his investigation, the problem was identified and corrected. Further tests were made and this confirmed the repair. Karl then asked if he could inspect the plumbing but due to time constraints on my part, he could not provide that service. I was very impressed with his knowledge, attitude and professionalism and his awareness of my time constraints. Overall, I was very impressed with the company and it's employee's.
