Horrible Quality! Do not buy!! Bought the Berlin sectional at Christmas time and was told how they honour their warranties and the quality of their products. Delivered on Christmas Eve and the couch is falling apart. Frame under one of the pieces is broken/bowed. Back support broken. Arm rest and centre drink piece crunch and crack as if made out of flimsy thin wood!

Have been unable to get in touch with anyone for refund and just found out the store is closing. Dont waste your money!!

Delivery people damaged walls. Wouldn't take couch out of box. That was cause of damage. 2 emails with no response. Called yvonne's head of Delivery was told this is first time someone complained about these Delivery people. "Don't know what to tell you.". Then hung up

I have been waiting since may for a bed. First was told June, then July, September. Then December. Chose a different bed cause I got tired of waiting. Was told it would come in 2 weeks. Well it has been 4 weeks and still nothing. Now sometime mid January it may come. This isnt very good customer service. Waiting 8 months ridiculous.

Great furniture. Bought both over 12 years ago. Quality fantastic. Service phenomenal. Needed new electrical for chair, ten years after purchase. Store on south side replaced. If that is not service I do not know what you are looking for. No regrets. furniture well used. Son now uses table and six chairs as I down sized. When worn out. I would not hesitate to buy there Again

Good furniture but DO NOT waste your money on a mattress protector unless you're incontinent because the covers have plastic and it makes noise when you lay on it. Make sure you see the product because I wasn't shown the cover and was pressured to buy it and now I can't return it. Called three times to ask about returning and both guys beat around the bush until finally my friend called and asked about returns and they said they don't tell customers about returns because it's in fine print on the invoice (which you get after you buy it) and on the counter.

Bought a bunk bed and it was garbage, the quality sucked. Perseus were different colours, some where cracked. I paid for better quality than that. They would not give me my money back. I will never do business with them again. I do not recommend them to anyone.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - THEY ARE ARROGANT AND SELLING CRAP

came from out of town to Edmonton store, reviewed beds, paid for a King Coil Queen bed. Salesman and son loaded up bed set. When we drove home and unloaded, it was NOT a King Coil! Duped

The sales staff were friendly. The product selection was great. Something for everyone except me. I ended up ordering in a kitchen table and matching bench. Came in as promised as looks better in my kitchen than it did online. Prices are amazing. The lowest we have seen. Friends who have lived here longer recommended these guys and I'm glad we went.
