Do not buy furniture from them. I bought 3 beds - 2 queen and 1 king. 1 queen bed has discolouration issue and king bed making noise even you sit on it. They waste my time for 8 months after 8 months they send 2 delivery guys to check issue. They said is manufacturing defect it doesnt have support below that is why making noise talk to our manager. Manager said sir install wood support yourself. It does not help at all. They did nothing from 10 months do not buy from them. It has worst customer service and they do not like customers complaining them. Manager did nothing.

I am having a worst customer service experience from the manager in Sodhi furniture. I bought almost 26000 dollars furniture worth for my home . The sales guy was great and helped me all the process when I bought on August 2020.2 months before I notice in one of my sofa there were 2 holes on the side of the cushion. I technically called the sales guy and he informed me back the photos . I sent it . Today I got a call from the manager of Sodhi furniture who started saying that we cannot fix it and he told that he I have to report these thing within one week of purchase . I told him that on may , I found this problem and reported it . He was getting rude and saying that the owner is also not ready to address this and claimed that he has 45 yrs experience in this field. I told that when I bought the furniture , I paid the money that u have priced it and hope that the furniture is new and the delivery guys has to be careful when assembling it . He was getting rude and rude that he don’t want to listen to the complaints . I think these type of shops should be get closed or audited by the government to check the quality of the products .. I will not recommend to anyone to buy the furniture for their worst customer service

I received my sofa delivery on January 9/2020. Delivery guys damaged my hardwood floor. When we asked them to be careful with the floor, they looked at each other and begin speaking in their own language. I was asked to send an email to Devon with pictures of the damages, they didn't even check the email, I had to call back again and then they said they will check. Then I received a call that they will not pay for the damages caused. I'm in the process of contacting Better Business Bureau & Global News Consumer SOS. I'll also contact other customers with similar experiences in order to take legal actions. I'm a mother of a small child & I do not have money to pay for your damages. Anyone else with similar situations from this business, please send me a private message for us to take action against their unethical business practices. As I'm reading on all reviews about their unethical business practices.

I purchased the furniture 4 years ago with Sodhi furniture. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the furniture and their service. Had an issue with my sectional after a few months of purchase that they quickly fixed.

Stay Away from this place. They have the worst customer service. They make you feel like you are begging for their products. Pay few bucks extra and save the headache.

i dont want to write too much wrong (what i experienced) but in short story.
if you like their furniture then buy it but two things:
- Stay away from sales person (Girish)
- dont expect too much customer service even from manager or boss or anyone from sodhi. (overall on anything)

again, if you dont want to spoil your day; stay away from Girish.

They are the worst service provider I have ever seen. Neither they deliver on time and deliver with missing parts and once they deliver the missing part and you open the box and you will find that again one more part is missing.

Shop should be called as Missing Part Furniture.

Stay Away from them. Unethical sales tactics. Will not answer phone calls after delivery if you have any issues. Will not take any responsibility. Do yourself a favour stay away.

Sodhi Furniture was my second choice for furniture and I wish it had been my first. The Sales Person was very helpful and I Received furniture when promised. No issues with delivery. I would definitely recommend. If I ever need furniture in the future, I will definitely purchase again from Sodhi.

My Wife and i just received our New Couch, Loveseat and Chair from Sodhi Furniture. The Salesman was very helpful and polite, the Delivery was on Time as promised, the Delivery Guys were good, the Set was much better packed than i had expected and no issues. All in all it was a good experience and we'll definitely be back.
