We began this Reno with Dan on June 1st in the thick of COVID. It was planned as a 12 week Reno and ended on schedule which is impressive given the times. We were planning on moving out but because of COVID our family of four decided to live on the first floor and basement through the Reno. Dan was not phased and said he would do everything possible to make it manageable and he did!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. We have done several Renos over the 17 years that we’ve lived at this property and the biggest Reno to date was fortunately our best experience. The Baycat team exudes professionalism and quality. The trades Dan brought through were top notch. Most importantly, his Forman Rick and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely skilled, very knowledgeable, had some great ideas (to which we revised the plans and implemented) and most of all had a smile on their faces every day despite working through very hot summer conditions. In addition, the respect for our household and everyone’s steadfast commitment to cleanliness made it as palatable as possible for us to live through.

Definitely consider this group for your building needs. They EARNED our trust through mutual respect & quality workmanship at a very fair value. Our paths will definitely cross with theirs again!

Jawny Bakers is a 11000 sq restaurant with ongoing needs of construction, management, and maintenance of our facilities. Dan and his team help us maintain our facilities on an ongoing basis.

We hired BAYCAT to fix a structural joist issue in our kitchen ceiling/master bedroom floor. Dan is so knowledgeable and was able to assess the issue and explain the scope of the job to us in detail. He presented us with all our options and worked with us to find a solution that was the least disruptive for our family. We entrusted Dan with our home while we were away and returned to a beautifully finished project. Dan took great care to protect our kitchen lighting, cabinets and granite counters during the renovation and left it spotless. We appreciate the craftsmanship and quality of work BAYCAT delivered and can’t thank them enough for making a challenging project so simple for us. Great attention to detail renovating a very old small basement in the upper beaches. Stayed within the budget allotted.

The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. We had occasion to call him back at a few years later to replace a deck on the second level which was rotting. The plan was to double the size and replace it with cedar, glass panels and with lighting. All of the work he has done, is now the finer points of our home. We would not hesitate to call him again.
