Premiere Van Lines

The sales and support staff answered my questions quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
The movers were excellent - they even disconnected a TV that I couldn't get to before they arrived. They were respectful of me and my household contents but had a good sense of fun about them.

The move was well executed as it was on time and the guys took good care with the house interior and all the furniture.

They drove the van safely and carefully as well.

The guys that did the move were the best folks we have ever had to move us and we have been moved 5 times in the past 30 years. They were extra cautious and careful when moving furniture in stairways and awkward places. Excellent in every aspect of the move from front office to the movers. Can't say enough about the movers though as they did all of the hard work on a very hot day, excellent, excellent, all I can say!!!!

Very efficient. Great care taken and there was no damage to goods or property.
I especially appreciate the prompt and unsolicited response to my concern that the truck was too small. I had been promised and reassured that the move could be accomplished in one trip. When it was obvious that the sales person had underestimated the size and weight of our belongings, the mover - Rob- called his boss right away and a very satisfactory resolution was effected.
Overall , my husband and I were pleased and impressed.

Premiere Van Lines provides efficient, polite and careful movers. Their excellent service and attitudes were very impressive. They told me that they were mine for the day and if there was anything extra I wanted them to set up or relocate, they would do it for me. They didn't damage anything and were ultra careful with the walls and floors. They managed to get my queen sized bed up a teeny old stairway and into a little room that had probably never seen a queen bed before. Well done! Will have to definitely hire them to get it out now!

The three men sent out to move us from Premier Van Lines were extremely polite and helpful. They kept asking if they could do more for us. We moved into a tiny older home and they managed to get our large oversized furnishings in without any damage whatsoever to the walls or our belongings. I highly recommend this company.
