This moving company we had used before, and that is why we used them again, but the first time was a straight move. This time we stored our belongings with them. I would advise everybody not to store with them. Some furniture was broken, and some of my belongings went missing. If it is a straight move they are great. But storing with them is terrible, that is why I'm writing this review to let people know not to store their belongs with them.

This move was by far the most efficient and least stressful so far, much in part to your company. The convenience of an in home estimate and delivery of boxes, helped us so much. The movers on the day of the move were friendly, efficient, fast and professional.

Movers put down protective runners and moved our furniture very carefully. Altogether a smooth and professional move that was done very well. I am fully satisfied by the professional and efficient approach of your firm. I expected your final price to exceed your estimate. In fact, it was less than the estimate. Well done.

The movers showed up on time the day of the move. The movers were very careful with the furniture and helpful tying up loose ends. They were helpful when asked to relocate furniture at the new location because the furniture did not fit the original selected location. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and very professional.

The movers were very friendly, efficient and reliable. They wrapped most furniture items and took good care in moving them. We were impressed with their conscientiousness, how quickly they completed the job, and their positive attitudes.

Premier customer rep made the process quite easy with the in-home estimate as well as the modifications we asked for after the initial estimate.

We relocated from Calgary to Airdrie earlier this month and used this company as it was recommended by our new home construction company. They were the only company that responded to my enquiries by sending someone to our home to do an assessment and provide us with a detailed written quote. Crissi excelled at this task and she was a pleasure to deal with, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns with enthusiasm. The move was done by three gentleman by names of John, Kevin and Randy. Their overall demeanour and the way they handled our furniture with care was absolutely superb. Except for some very minor scuffmarks, there was no damage to anything or to our new house. And the final price came in well below the quote, that was very reasonable to start with. I can only highly recommend this company if you are looking for professional service and a painless move.

The four movers were amazing. Very professional and pleasant. They made my moving day enjoyable. A big thank you to my four movers. They were awesome. It was very good.

We have nothing but praise for the 3 gentlemen that came to move the belongings. It was a very emotional and trying time for us and these individuals were very polite, professional, and kind. I was also extremely pleased with the office staff. They took the time to listen & answer all questions that I had.

Shirley was great and that is why i went with Premiere and the movers John, Brent and Tony were really great guys.
Everything went as planned and right on time. Thanks to all, we will certainly use Premiere if we move again.
