Conservatory Group Home Decor Centre The

I have moved in Milan building in Toronto downtown three months ago. Lots of issues. Elevator, water, electricity, drive way, garbage expose, ...none of the facilities are ready. They are still building the units. and they charge us for maintenance fee in full amount. This is not fair. They have given people so early interim occupancy while nothing is ready. They have used very cheap quality materials. When are they going to finish this project. It is taking so long now!

We received the keys to our new condo. It is beyond our imagination how this builder is able to get away with getting our money without offering the product we paid for. We are unable to use our new condo due to mishaps during the construction which is still fully underway. None of the common areas are close from finished. Elevators are not working which is a major inconvenience. The worst is the lack of communication. We are not even able to get them to call us back. Subsequently we had to contact our lawyer to send them a letter. After several more letters and email still no reply.
Its a shame how this company is neglecting customers minimum requirements for living in a safe environment. They obviously dont care. We will certainly not use them again and encourage other potential clients to think twice and read the contract three times!

We bought a house in brampton and went to the decor centre for any upgrades that we might like. Its a huge place with a very good collection of various upgrades but the prices are high just like any other builder's decor centre. We just upgraded our appliances from basic white to stainless steel. But if the builder gives you some decor dollars ($10k-15k) with the home purchase then it has a great collection to shop from.

We bought a new house in brampton and had few problems but whenever we contacted the customer service our issues were resolved. Overall the workmanship was not that good but they always fixed whatever the problem was.

I feel like the person the wrote the review in Aug 12 is living in my house even to the point of buying a new home.The Key word that I constantly hear from them is STANDARD STANDARD STANDARD. My response to them I will accept Standart if it was given to me. In short the company is a mess , customer service is rude and inyour face. Same compliantes as she has.I was even told that I should expect standards the greenpark offers thatwas interesting Instead of turning them away I kept calling until the super got involved and they are currently working on fixing the problems. My advice if you buy from CG do not get upgrades because you will be dissapointed. Write what you expect of the house when accepting it in your contract.

So I booked a new house with this builder and now have been living here for about 2 month. First off, one of the worst builders i have yet come across. Everything was done very poorly, all of my staircase needs to re varnished, because nothing was sanded down properly and some spots are even left untreated. And the same goes for the walls, in many places the wall was not sanded down or dusted, a splatter of paint and thats it. When buying the home at the sales office the fixtures shown were of decent standard, but going to the decor centre i was told there had been a "mistake" and now i was given very cheap faucets with acrylic knobs. Furthermore the outdoor lighting fixture are of no good either, they are the the cheapest ones you find at the store for $5. I am sooooo unhappy with this home that im looking into buying another home. Furthermore, the follow up appointment with the inspector for this builder was a disaster. He went on giving me cheap and temporary fixes that i refused to take, cause im very sorry i didnt pay small money for this, eventually I sent him away. So if you are researching this builder and thinking of buying from this builder, save yourself the dissapointment and find another builder.

As mentioned in the service provided above,Products were very expensive and the finished overall project was poorly done. When you spend so much money in upgrades when purchasing a new house you would expect at least a fairly good quality product. Unfortunately, all the finished upgrades were done bad. The hardwood floor had nail holes all over the edge and my very expensive upgraded fireplace mantal was very rough to the touch. Poor job in the carpet installation. The toilets after a few months stopped working properly. The expensive stain done on the staircase was done unprofessional. All and all, I would not buy another house from this building
