From our first initial meeting with the Sutcliffe team we were very impressed with the knowledge and expertise they brought to the table.
Each member of the team met our expectation and were very easy to
work with. End result ? Georgeous!!!

Stay far away. NO ETHICS AT ALL. Project for what was going to be a 500k build turned out to be a 650k build. And taking an extra 5.5 months for the project. For a guy that say he has his own trades that's BULL. Trades talk bad about him as well. Sure sign in that itself I'm not the only one

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. They seemed eager to do the job. They billed themselves as one stop shopping but left me to find a painter and have mirrors installed. They didn't coordinate with these other services and didn't use common sense. For example they installed my sink before the mirror was installed which was to go behind the sink. They also damaged my floor but putting painters tape down and leaving it there for six weeks. They did not take responsibility for this. Finally they were rude and unresponsive when I had concerns. It was very hard to reach doug the main contractor.

They seemed eager to do the job but recommended a per hour billing. They charged us 407 tolls and multiple short daily visits that seemed to go on and on dragging hen project out. We have done lots of renovations and have never dealt with so many problems. Thankfully we have found honest sincere people in missossauga.
