Every step of the way he patiently and professionally answered all our questions and made himself available (onsite / over the phone) whenever we needed to speak with him. The quality of the work completed was not only evident when it came time for the building inspections (each milestone was passed without an issue) but even more so now, in the level of comfort and efficiency we have in our new home.
