Karl did a great job of responding to and fixing the City inspector's findings after the new furnace installation was inspected. One of the findings was something that had been accepted 20 years ago, but codes change. I'm confident the next visit form the City Inspector will be successful.

We had a plumbing emergency situation, searched for plumbing services and contacted ClearView Plumbing. What a mistake! When the guy showed up, and asked for the payment upfront it felt very suspicious, however, we did pay. The plumbing issue wasn't fixed, and no money back either. Called the company next day and the answer was sorry we are not going to refund your money ($479.00)
Stay away from this company, don't get lured in by their professional and very presentable website and friendly customer service representatives.
What a joke! I can't believe that this type of companies with such a "business approach" do exist.

We were presented with a number of options to replace our broken water heater. They were Very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner. They were also very accommodating to my schedule and were exceptionally friendly :) Would definitely use their service again!

I had called Clearview because the furnace was making a strange noise. An appointment was booked for Jerry to come and inspect it and, as always, he showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, established that the part was still under warranty and had it fixed it no time. I highly recommend the entire Clearview team for all heating and plumbing needs.

We needed a new toilet flange installed immediately (we had no working toilet in the house), so we paid $239 for an “emergency call”. When the plumber showed up, he was unable to fix the toilet because he didn’t have the parts in his truck. He could fix it but we would have to wait until the next day (whenever they had an opening). Not exactly “emergency service”. And despite his inability to do anything (a result of HIS unpreparedness), I was still charged the full $239 for the call. If I wanted someone to show up and shrug their shoulders, I could find someone who would do it for a lot less than $239.

What a total waste of my time and money…..save yours and call someone else.

The day before leaving for a vacation our water heater stops. Since we had Clearview imstall a new furnace three years ago, and serviced annually, we booked them for next morning. They came and wanted $1850 for a new 40 gal Rheem. I suspected it was high, having seen others advertise for $800-$1000, but our plane departed in 6 hours. Called to complain when we returned. Woulb not let us speak to a manager but said would discuss and call back. Did NOT call back. A company who thinks nothing of gouging repeat customers. Will NEVER use them ever again.

Find another company that knows what they're doing! Clearview came to inspect a dysfunctioning furnace. The technician was told we thought it might be related to the thermostat. Instead of checking the thermostat, he recommended a diagnostic of the furnace instead. $350 later, looks at the thermostat, says that is the problem and its a $30 part from Home Depot that we should fix ourselves. It's too bad there aren't negative numbers as options. Absolutely Terrible!

I find Clearview to be outrageously expensive. A price to replace an elbow, glue an existing pipe to another existing pipe, creating a new cut because he couldn't get to the elbow was priced at $576. Then he claimed to have been on the job for an hour and a half when he was actually on the job 20 min. The hour and a half was because he didn't had the basic plumbing supplies in his truck and had to go shopping. Two days later there was water on the cut he made. I had to cancel the 2nd visit because the leaking had stopped. Was this job $576 worth? Judge for yourself Before you call Clearview.

Came early, tech wanted my cc # even though it had been provided already, pressure to replace 8 year old water heater because thermocouple failed, when finished water heater was set at hottest setting causing the temperature relief valve to pass and flood the basement as well as a safety/scalding risk for the children. When contacted during the flood Clearview indicated they would not do warrantee work after hours but were willing to come at overtime rates.

The issue i have is that there is not hot water in the shower, got one of their techs to my condo and he could not figure out where the shut of valve was, so there was my non starter, by the way this is after finding him lost among the condo buildings while walking the dog and ask if he was looking for my place.
After not finding the shut of valve or hot to get behind the shower faucet, he walks into my water heater/ washer room and with this gasp says oh my god, i dont even think thats legal, the valves on the heater, he tells me how i have a bomb waiting to explode anytime.
I have been here 12 years and have a few plumbers through that room and nothing has been said.
He goes a head to start writing a quite that took more than 20 minutes.
The first price was to replace the valve on my water heater, I repeat that the issue is just hot water in the shower, I have it everywhere else, then he gives me 3 different other prices, when i ask what it would actually cost to fix the issue that i got him out for, he tells me he doesnt have that down and has to quote it which comes to 731.
At this point frustrated but polite, i told him I would pay the dispatch fee to get him out of my place as he was tellling me i had to pay upfront then call the managing company to figure out the valves then he would come back with the right tools as he was not driving his van.
DO NOT USE THEM.
