I was extremely impressed how professional and courteous the receptionist was. She carefully explained their protocol, prior to the arrival of the technician, which includes receiving a bio of the tech. As a single woman it is nice to know who is coming to your home. I had no problems with scheduling the work, as they were able to accomodate my work schedule. The technician arrived at time I was to expect him, which is always nice. Not only was the technician professional, he was very respectful. He put on little booties to cover his shoes and was dressed in a Blue Crest uniform. He knew I had to go to work and didn't waste any time in completing the Job. I was very impressed with his services. As an administrator in a Strata Management Company, I will definitely be recommending this firm to my colleagues.

We have an older home and after a recent break-in identified that having our electrical in our carport was not safe. Bluecrest followed all code requirements and quickly and professionally did the job. Were about to tell what was necessary and not. They placed the box nicely where we requested and disrupted very little finished drywall in the process. (other contractors had said we'd need to re-drywall our interior wall because they were going to rip it out. The team that worked on the box was also very helpful with the way they removed then replaced our siding off our carport wall! They were always mindful of mess and wore booties in the house. I addition to doing a stellar job that we are very satisfied with they also did it with good manners.. (not one swear word) much appreciated when I have a toddler around. The price was a little higher than other quotes we had but the work was very skillfully completed. They did the extra that we needed to avoid other costs. Other contractors weren't able to do that and just looked for what was easier for them.

They were very efficient, came during the day when it was best for us. They were very punctual and professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and were genuinely polite men.

Doug was great. He ran a very thorough inspection and explained everything to us. He was detailed and very helpful. I would refer their services in a heart beat. I had a great experience!

We needed specific work done to our electrical panel and the Ray gave a thoughtful and unbaised quote before I selected Blue Crest for the job. Other electricians that said other work was necessary and predicted a project that could span weeks on the back of their business card and require other trades such as dry wallers and siding guys. Bluecrest was able to provide a detailed quote and complete the job neatly and with minimal disruption to our home in one day. They were clean, respectable and provided a generator for backup power. They even went above and beyond by cleaning and replacing all our siding using extra pieces we had around the house to fill the old panel location.

Appointment date: Saturday, February 4. Ray exhibited a very professional manner and arrived within the timeframe noted when the appointment was made. He took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction demonstrating a skilled and knowledgeble approach. I received exceptional service and I will continue to recommend this company to others. We recently did a major renovation in our main bathroom which never had a fan. About 3 months later, I went to take a shower and the fan did not work. We discovered that we had inadvertently tapped into a 3-way switch and someone used the 2nd switch to turn off the basement lights, which shut off the power to the fan! I called Bluecrest Electric Ltd and Ray came to our rescue and did such a clean & awesome job of rerouting the wire. We now have a bathroom fan that is wired properly and works perfectly!
I would also like to add that before he came, they sent an email with his picture so to introduce him so we could recognize who was coming to our house.
Secondly, we had Ray hook up our new pumphouse lights and outlets. We had originally wired it in 2004, but never transferred the power for the lights and outlets from our old pumphouse. He also brought it up to code by replacing the outside outlet with a GFCI outlet and installed a cover on it. We are so pleased to have this up and running and know that it is 100% safe.
While he was here, I noted to him that we had added some new wider moulding around our new french door. As a result, we could not fit the cover plate on the light switches. We thought we would have to take the moulding off and cut a notch in it. Ray cut the plate so that it fit perfectly against the moulding. It looks fantastic and we were so pleased that we did not have to cut the moulding.
We can not say enough good about Ray and Blue Crest Electric. This was such a positive experience for us. He is truly a professional and a very nice person as well!

Bluecrest provided an experienced journeyman electrician to perform the wiring/lighting upgrade to our barn. The work included the laying of conduit and underground cable (including phone)from the barn to the hydro pole/meter as well as the supply and installation of fluorescent light fixtures in the horse stalls and main aisle, new lighting in the loft area, and outdoor security lighting around the barn.

All electrical work was done in a timely, professional manner according to the original quote. Main office staff are a real pleasure to deal with, courteous and very helpful.

We recently moved into a new home. We needed several dedicated circuits to run our home based business. The builder's electrician was behind and unable to help us. Blue Crest came to the rescue. first, i liked having an option of how the job could be handled. there were 2 prices reflecting that job. the job was explained clearly and i was able to choose which way they would proceed.
