Larry came over to fix our bathroom fan. It needed to be wired into the switch. We also had him install the wiring for a stove fan for future use. He had to create a switch in the control panel. He also wired the bathroom fan to the switch. He was very professional and it cost us less than we expected. Everything was upfront, Larry was polite and knowledgeable. We would definitely have him back to do future electrical needs

Linda, I have to say – you and the Bluecrest crew are the best in customer service. I never feel like I have been given a “rear bumper” warranty. Oh, and the workmanship is excellent.

Extremely impressed with this company from start to finish. For safety and insurance reasons we required an upgrade to our 1970's home which had some aluminum wiring and an aging panel. my husband and I met with the electrician's Doug, and Larry. They stayed for quite some time to listen to our immediate "need to do" services and a list of our "want to do" improvements. they were quite knowledgable about their trade, and I felt confident about their plans and suggestions. I really liked that the electricians that came to give us the quote, were also the same ones to do the work. It was a big project and they took into consideration that even with all the work that was being done, that we still lived there. Very organized, worked well as a team., and ensured that the work areas were tidy before they left for the day. They kindly did a "mock up" of three different lighting options and positions for a requested exterior light by our front door. It gave my husband and I a chance see what it would look like in the evening, before we made our final decision. They too great care in their workmanship amd to the little details Overall we couldn't be more impressed, they did a fantastic job. And we would gladly hire them again for any future electrical projects.

And on a side note that is not related to their expertise as electrician. They were very conscientious of our indoor cats.....and ensuring that hen they came in and out of the home that there were not any "escapees" as they were coming in and out of our home .

Jeff installed a new panel as well as some additional outlets. Jeff did an excellent job explaining the requirements related to the electrical panel upgrade and walked me through the work plan. Jeff is always prompt, he is efficient and his work is excellent. I will be using Jeff for further electrical work as I renovate and I would recommend him highly.

I like that Lynn phones to confirm our booking and emails us the bio/photo of the electrician that will be doing the work on our home. We have the one year plan with them which makes the cost more affordable if you are doing several jobs in a year. Lynn was extremely helpful with a few challenges that arose helping us to find a fair and equitable solution. The electricians took the time to explain the work to be done and were always open to questions throughout the job. We appreciated getting a full quote before the work started. Booties and clean up post job was much appreciated . Will recommend and use again.

I live in a older house and hired Blue Crest Electric. The quote for the job was very accurate and fair. Doug, Larry, Chris and the other guys who did the work for us were always extremely polite, respectful and professional. They always wore boot covers indoors without being asked. We expected them to take over the house and they did room by room in a way to cause us the least disruption to our daily lives. Often unnecessary apologized for any inconvenience they were causing and would ask to enter or work in a room we were sitting in. At the end of the day they would clean up after themselves and do their best to leave the space in the manner they found it. They were with us for approximately two weeks, at the end of each day they would explain what was done and would inform us if certain lights or plugs wouldn't work. Our house was never left in an unsafe manner. After the job was done the office called to do a quality check and we had a minor issue with flipping the breaker switch and someone came the same day at no cost to check on it. The issue was I was trying to flip it too timidly. I was never made to look silly and the man was very patient. We received another service call which I just felt was great customer service. I highly recommend using Blue Crest. I hope that I never need an electrician again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Time line ~ short ~January - February 2014
We are more than pleased with the courtesy & professional approach to our latest upgrade. Our project had a small window of opportunity & the Blue Crest Electrical Team came through with flying colours. Start to Finish, Lynn is the first point of contact & gave us the confidence providing the timeliness of the project, along with the Electrical Team spearheaded by Ray who gave us the "we can make it happen" approach to a job well done. Thank you for your considerations from advising us when the team was enroute, greeting us at the door with booties, drop clothes, providing a reasonable quote & cleanup at the end of the day. The end result is a wish list having checks beside each item we have wanted for a long time. We highly recommend Blue Crest & will speak volumes of a "job well done.

We were very impressed with Doug. He took the time to clearly explain the options including the pricing for each. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions with confidence. Once we decided which option suited us the best he proceeded and completed in a timely manner keeping us in the loop through out. We love the finished product and would recommend Blue Crest to anyone needing electrical work done.

My home had knob & tube. Blue Crest rewired my home. I was presented with a price and a plan which Blue Crest delivered on without exception. The people were polite, careful and punctual. Blue Crest went above and beyond in their service finding solutions to issues that could not be foreseen. I won't hesitate to use Blue Crest or to recommend them to other.

I needed an electrician on short notice within a small time window during a project already in progress and nobody seemed to be available. I was lucky enough to find Surrey's Blue Crest Electric and speak with Lynn. She was extremely pleasant (obviously enjoys her work), arranged a technician to be here at the exact time required, and made a follow-up call the next day to confirm satisfactory job completion. The technicians that arrived (Doug and Larry) were extremely personable and polite, and took great care with my property using booties and drop cloths, moving things, vacuuming, and more. They did a fabulous (and invisible) job on what had seemed a most difficult project, providing power to existing skylights. While here they offered to perform a safety inspection of the house which resulted in other minor repairs and small but important updates such as linking smoke alarms between floors. They were extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all recommendations and described what I had. I will indeed be calling them for any other electrical improvements we make to our home.
