Cheap junk builders who Do Not stand behind their homes

Homes on Gatesbury Court in Waterdown Ontario all built by Rosehaven Homes 20 years ago.. don’t purchase a home built by these hacks as they use the cheapest material and just don’t stand behind their homes. Come see homes on our street, look up close and see brick work falling apart/off (after only a few years up). After numerous calls to this company finally got a visit and they said they couldn’t do anything. Cost us $5000 to repair. That’s their answer for any and all complaints (see many similar reviews).
Do yourself a favour and run from these guys!
