They throw a house together and hope you will not find the problems. We have has windows and doors replaced. All of the carpet and hardwood have been replaced. We have had a major roof leak from poor installation of materials. The had to rework the foundation as they placed a basement window in the wrong place and now the have to rip up the basement floor because of cracking and the foundation floor is sinking. Did I mention this is a 1 year old house.
They have terrible customer service as they are told to say it is normal. We have to wait over a minute to get hot water in our kitchen and they say it is normal. They seem to think that we are first time buyers and have never lived in a house before. DO NOT buy a house from Rosehaven.........
