I was referred to Jayson Global, it started off good , the salesman Harman was terrific and patient and was very professional he listened and made the choice of what I wanted easy.
the communications was not good with the project manager. It took almost 6 months to complete.
I ended up with a very good contractor , he ended up fixing the job and was very fast and knew what to do Amazing job Rene!!
I give a lower rating because this was not a pleasant experience for me but want to thank Harman and Rene for the outcome!!
The stonework was well done and they came out and looked at it for touch ups very quick to reply , thanks Stacey!!
In the end I am very happy with the way my house looks, I am satisfied but not happy on how I got there.
