An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
So often we are quick to criticize but are slow to compliment.
Early this week I had a kitchen sink drain problem which I could not clear. Not knowing any plumbers, I used the Yellow Pages and the first name I came to was yours. Firstly, what a pleasure it was to be greeted on the phone by a friendly and happy voice, (and not an answering machine!) who assured me that someone would be out to look after my problem that very day. Your staff followed up and kept me informed as to the status of my service call.
Secondly, your service man Thom was so very pleasant, he was efficient and corrected the problem quickly and then asked if I had other problems he could look at while here. He also cleared my bathroom vanity drain and when I also complained about the toilet he suggested a solution and quoted me on the cost.
Thom and his student/assistant, Matt, were here today and changed out the toilets as quoted. Again, your office staff kept me informed of the status of the call, and when Thom and Matt arrived they performed the task quickly and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. What a pleasure to have them in my home!
You must feel proud to have such happy, efficient employees - but you must also be a good employer to maintain such a great staff. Congratulations and I would be happy if you would pass this message on to them.
I certainly will call Doyle again if I have problems and would strongly recommend you to anyone who might need your services.
