We chose the home because of the nice location with access to the park and also because it had good schools in the area.

Ever since we met Paul, our Salesman and continuing all through the building of our brand new home; the “walk through” portion of making sure everything was to our liking; and the follow-up weeks later to make sure all minor issues had been looked after in a timely matter; we have been very happy with the entire process. We’ve recommended some friends who were looking for a new home to come see our home and the sub-division. We wouldn’t hesitate to buy with Parkview Homes in the future (if we were to sell our current home that is — but why would we — we love our home!)

I can't say enough about the Parkview Team. Catey Jobin and Rob, Susan Fenn from the design studio. Their professionalism, knowledge and patience make the whole process less stressful. The guys on the site were also so quick to explain the process and put our concerns to rest. The staff we haven't meet but spoke to on the phone from the warranty, and finance office were also a pleasure to deal with. BRAVO! Parkview

Just moved into my brand new home built by Parkview Homes in Peterborough in the new community in the North End called Summerlane. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Parkview. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful through the process . The home was beautiful and sparkling when i got my keys and the neighbors are awesome as well. Im super excited about living here!!

I am surprised of the 3 bad reviews on this site. My wife and I have had the good fortune of purchasing a Parkview Home. From the very beginning of looking at floor plans, model homes, picking out finishes and moving in on time, we have been more than happy. The day we did our walk through my wife and I couldn't believe how beautiful our home was. Beyond our expectations. We do and have recommended Parkview to our friends and family. We also purchased one of there up and coming condos.

My home is presently under construction. During this process I have dealt with many who work for the company. All have been professional and pleasant. The only issue I experienced was resolved effectively and exceeded my expectations.
