Built in 2023, we absolutely love the design we chose and couldnt be happier with our decision. After spending months comparing different builders and home designs, we kept coming back to Montorio. Kristy at the showhome was incredibly patient and accommodating as we repeatedly visited to view the homes. The quality and value for the price is what really drew us in. We ultimately chose the Andrea model, and weve received so many compliments, especially on the staircase design.
The site supervisor was great to work with, and the walk-through during possession was very thorough. Thank you, Montorio, for our beautiful home!
