Montebello Homes

Very nice condo, would highly recommend to friends and family. Also love the location, makes it perfect if I want to go out and grab some groceries or something at Walmart, its just down the street.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my first new home. Montebello Homes has a fantastic sales staff. Everyone was so helpful through out the whole prosses. From the day I walked into their model home to now having lived in my home. The quality of my home is excellent with beautiful finishes exterior as well as interior.

I would not buy from this builder ever again. The build quality is horrible and they have mixed housing with 50% being rentals where 2 units are split with cheap main level 1 bedroom apartments filled with riff raff! Also the builder refuses to enforce any condo rules to keep the riff raff under control. So if you enjoy living in a subdivision of drug addict riff raff then this builder is for you!
