I highly recommend Air Makers after having our ac and furnace replaced and installed last month. They were prompt, informative and very professional. After sales customer service is wonderful. We are very happy customers!

I called Air Makers after having another company in for furnace maintenance. The other company's technician said the humidifier needed replacing as the solenoid was broken (less than 6 years old) for ~$600. That company was supposed to call me with a quote, I didn't hear from them for 3 days, so I gave up on them and booked a request on line with Air Makers. They immediately called me back to make an appointment next day. Brent showed up right on time. Within 30 seconds Brent showed me the humidifier was fine, just needed a new filter. He had a filter in the truck, replaced it, cleaned the unit and it's good as new for $40. Good advice, clearly knows what he's doing, polite, helpful.... excellent service and I highly recommend Air Makers.

These folks came when my furnace was intermittently kicking out and in short order, the representative (Brent) diagnosed the situation, made some adjustments so I could continue to have heat. Noting that I was somewhat handy, he also suggested that I do a few maintenance items myself rather than pay for work I didn't really need. Those items were easy to do and in all my furnace is now operating in top form. In this case, clearly the customer came first.

Excellent coordination between staff to attend to my service request. Brentt serviced our gas furnace from diagnostics to tune-up to safety checks. He gave important maintenance tips. A great service experience!!! Thanks!

On one of the coldest day of this winter we got our new furnace installed by air makers on the same day, thank you Arman Sabet for the great customer service and arranging the same day installation.

I replaced my furnace last week and am extremely disappointed with their after service. The sales guy name Masud was extremely rude and the furnace is compeltely under performing. It is either undercapacity or something is wrong with the air flow - which I never had issue with when I had my prvious furnace. He didn’t perform proper area calculation and said whatever I needed to hear to get the sales and did not honour anything he said. I contacted the office for the technician to come out and they were in the process of scheduling the appointment and the furnace stopped working with temperature dropping. When I called emergency service line, the same sales guy picked up the phone and said it is my thermostat and refused to send technician and hung up on me. I went with this company based on the almost perfect reviews on Homestar and google review and it’s been a nightmare dealing with this person. He said the company would take care of the pre-audit and I don’t have to personally apply for the Enbridge rebate and when I followed up, he replied and said they have nothing to do with the rebate. If I didn’t already paid for this, I would go with Costco. At least you can count on their after service. It is not so much what furnace you get but who installs it and after service/ warranty that is important. I am glad I did not go through and change my AC with this company.

Air Makers is absolutely the greatest HVAC company out in the market. Fred is the most knowledgeable, honest, and fair person that I have encountered in HVAC companies. The work is on time, fast, and professional. If you need something done in the heating and air departmental I would definitely recommend Fred and his Air Makers company! It was simply just a pleasure dealing with these guys. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING !!!!!!
