Fred, the company owner, came to our house to personally installed the furnace for our family. He was very puntual, courteous, and helpful. He explained every thing clearly. He even told us to go for a smaller furnace (due to the size of our townhouse) so we didn't have to spend the extra dollars. We were glad that he was totally honest with us. Thanks Fred, you did a great job!
