This is year three of a 4 year service package for the heat pump and furnace purchased at new installation. Since I am a widow the service man also services the fireplace -cleans it and checks settings. Always on time- professional work and excellent explanations of any issues. Things are in good working order in spite of heavy use of the heat pump for air conditioning over the summer. Also a quick check of thermostat settings. Well done Cam!!! Nice overview on invoice which was issued immediately by email.

The Comfort Group was at my house to reconfigure my heat pump. The techs spent 2 days moving equipment and fixing ductwork. The guys kept me informed with there progress and were clean and efficient. They also paid special attention to not let my cat outside.

The crew doing the change over from our oil furnace to propane did a very good job. I was pleased with their work and they left the site clean and tidy. Explained well how things worked.

Had my yearly maintenance on my HRV on Thursday, Feb 2 and once again extremely happy with the service I received. Must mention that my Technician Morgan was so helpful in explaining the ins and outs of my unit. Had not been advised so carefully before but I was given some very helpful tips from this very informative, very professional man. Thanks Morgan !!

Tyson and Aiden were the technicians on my job. I cant say enough good things about these two.
They were both professional, personable and so willing to go above and beyond to find a solution to the problem of servicing my unit.
My ductwork was not accessible because the builder did not create any access point to service it but they did there very best anyhow and took the time to try and come up with a solution.
Id highly recommend the comfort group. Its rare people take the level of care To provide service at this level.

This company installed a heat pump and modified my oil furnace as secondary heat after I had been told by another well known company that the furnace could not be modified as it was too old, at ten years! I was impressed with the tidy and speedy installation .We have been delighted with the Heat-pump and especially the running costs. Over the last two years of operation we have averaged $2.51 a day for heating/cooling our 2000 sq.ft. home 24/7.
