Active Air Comfort

Had Carrier Furnace/AC unit installed November 2013. Carrier parts free 10 years. Our labour "Contract" states labour no charge provided annual maintenance check done yearly. We followed our end of the "Contract!" The thermostat went Eddy replaced with temporary as Carrier didn't have a new one for couple months. Eddy finally brought new Carrier wifi thermostat and didn't really know how to install it! Got lucky after a a good hour! Eddy then demanded some payment which we refused as under our "legal/binding contract" clearly outlines! We had a verbal exchange he then left. Called a few months later to do "annual inspection as per contract" to which Eddy refused to do!! He's in full "breach of a legal contract!" Have ALL documents to verify my claims! Because we wouldn't pay his extortion money demand he has chosen to "breach a legal contract!" Stay away from Active Air Comfort as they won't honor a "legal binding contract!" If I could give a negative score I would! This review is to warn others!!
