After five companies told us our windows couldn't be fixed, we called Les at Supreme Windows for a replacement quote. He walked in and told us immediately, they could be fixed for less than $50. He told us exactly what we needed, to call Michael to get the parts and showed us how to fix them ourselves. We were amazed by his integrity and honesty. We got the parts and Michael showed us again how to fix them. Within an hour, we had fixed windows that had been annoying us for years and saved thousands of dollars replacing windows that were still good. I am so impressed with their integrity and willingness to help us this way. This is the kind of business I will refer and use any time I need doors or windows in the future.

we are just finishing up with a full house window replacement, and entrance doors. Karl was our sales agent, he was very knowledgeable and spoke to you like a human. He made sure we picked everything we needed, and didn't go with anything we didn't need. Even suggested to switch window type in our office to a cheaper better option, which ended up working better and saved us a bit. He advise on color selections for outside trims. Now the windows came in a month earlier than projected, and the crew well, outstanding. Even one window did come in the wrong size it was fixed and installed within a week. it was put as a priority. I would recommend Supreme windows, over other suppliers. We got 3 quotes and the service we received in the quote process was far in front of the other 2 companies .

We had our front entry door and garage door replaced by Supreme. They were fantastic to deal with in the showroom, helping us pick our new doors. They were ordered and arrived quicker than expected but installed when we were ready. Dave and Freddy installed the doors in a timely fashion and made sure to make sure they cleaned as they went. Everything was better than expected. Their talk to each other was kind and respectful as they figured things out. I would highly recommend them.

These windows are so warm and quiet. We have been replacing windows in our house as we can, and just had Supreme in to do 6 windows and the door with sidelites. The installers are clean and fast. The old windows would collect condensation in cold weather but standing beside the Supreme replacements they are very warm. You instantly notice how much quieter the room is, it is shocking the difference. This is our third order and we will continue to use Supreme for replacements in future.

We have had Supreme windows replace virtually all our windows over the past 10 years. They have always done excellent work on time and budget. They are quite committed to keeping their customers happy and we experienced this once again this week when we had another round of windows replaced. There was a small issue on the day of install with some casing but that was resolved the very next day in about 15 minutes.

We ordered three fiberglass doors with a fir grain. I will have two of them painted and one gel stained. They came in the factory earlier than planned. The installation crew showed up and took pride in their work. They paid attention to the smallest details. They cleaned up while they worked and kept a safe distance from each other while working. They even showed me various features about the doors that will help me with maintenance over the years. Their advice was solid. Their experience showed in the workmanship and professionalism. They represented Supreme very well. I'd hire them again and buy doors again if I had to. Great job Supreme!

Les was the best Salesman, Gave the best quote and after some research we went with them. Installation team was fast and very friendly. Had a couple little problems with two windows and supreme took care of them with out any hassle. What more does a customer want. Great product at a competitive price and if problem dealt with fast. I would recommend them to anybody.

The new windows work great. I have no problems with humidity in the winter and the coatings make a huge differences with heat transfer from the sun in the summer.

The sales people were courteous and accommodating of any question or change we wanted to make.

The installers were great. Kept a clean worksite and always wore a mask while inside my house. They also answered any question I had and fixed any problems I noticed without complaint

You can find cheaper windows, but you get what you pay for.

I had all home doors and windows. Sales consultant, office staff and installation teams were professional, thorough and reliable. Finished products look fantastic. Delivered as promised. Could not believe the speed with which the installation was completed. Thank you.

We hired Supreme to install 5 windows in the summer. We decided to go with them after quite a bit of research; Supreme was the most cost effective, their sales professional was the most knowledgeable of the reps I spoke with, and theirs was the superior quality product. We were very careful because we have fairly new siding on our house, and did not want the siding cut back and the brick molds installed - something other companies insisted was necessary. A slight disappointment was the crew did not reinstall our siding correctly after window installation - they just clipped it back in. We contacted Supreme and the crew came back and put in a few screws and assured us that was the best they could do. We've since hired the company that originally installed our siding to correct the issues.
