Door Technician (Michael) was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Michael, explained in detail the adjustments required to address the cold air coming into my residence from both the front and rear door ways. Also, shared preventative maintenance tips after he completed the task.

Arrived on time, started work immediately, polite and professional, neat, clean and quiet, finished the job and cleaned the work areas, collected debris, explained about opertion of windows, screens, and patio door. Would highly recommend Gord and Joe--great installers/owners.

Corey and his partner did a great job. There were a few concerns with the trim around the sliding doors as the wood was wet and also too big for the new sliding door. Corey called in for new wood and installed a new trim for the frame. He was determined to make it work. I would highly recommend Corey and his team!

We had new windows put in March and have reaped the benefits with the extreme heat we've had in Calgary. On top of the windows looking great, the added protection from UV light, added insulation to our home and ability to create cross breezes with the new configuration has helped to keep our house cooler with the hot weather we've had. The installers were efficient, friendly and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Centra if you're looking to upgrade your windows.

I asked numerous times. Are these vinyl window ? The windows themselves are in vinyl but the rest of the frame are all unpainted wood. I failed I to see CW, which means clear wood, so now I now need to climb over the sink to paint the frame. Centra Windows was about the same on the quote than two other companies that do vinyl wrap. I went with Centra on a recommendation from a few years ago but never again! Buyer beware!!

We had a front door replaced including the frame. They made a point of fast tracking it because our current door and frame was damaged. Within weeks they had done the quote in person, removed our door and put a new one in place.

Their customer service is first rate and the costs for their services reasonable.

We are now getting some of our windows replaced and upgraded.

We replaced our front door and 10 windows last August, and the final 16 windows this month. The people at Supreme Windows, including the installers (Dimitri, Crystal and crew) have been excellent - incredible attention to detail. We are very happy with our new windows.
