Supreme crew took the old window out, and did a new framing for the new window. I dealt with Ed Jensen twice, he is knowledgeable and helpful person. The work was professionally and on time. That being said, I had some issues with the invoice after the work was completed and communicating with installation manager was tortuous and slow. The communication issues will not change my opinion about the work quailty, and the professsionalism from Ed. I recommend supreme to anyone who wants to get the job done professionally with a mid price range.

We needed the windows and doors of our 35 year old home replaced. It was well past time to do! We had several quotes and home demos from various companies, while Supreme Windows was not the cheapest quote we felt the quality of their product gave us the biggest "bang for our buck"! Kevin our rep thoroughly explained the choices and differences to us and left no question unanswered. He made us feel very confident in our choices. Our installers Dave and Ryan were fantastic! They work as a great team, making everything run smoothly and handling problem efficiently. We are very happy with the result and are already experiencing the benefit or significant road noise reduction (a thing I hadn't even considered). Almost looking forward to minus 20 just to test out the windows! Have strongly recommended Supreme to two co-workers already.

Karl Bergen was extremely professional, courteous, personable, and responsive. We had some issues regarding the installation of our door and window but Karl had them resolved to our satisfaction in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the quality of the door and window. Even though our job was a small one, we received excellent service from Karl. He came to our home twice, and even met us in the office on a stat holiday. He is very dedicated to both the company and his customer. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Supreme Windows lived up to their commercial quote of "At Supreme Windows customer satisfaction IS the job.".

WHY WE CHOSE SUPREME WINDOWS

We are in the process of completing some home rennovations and were looking to replace a number of windows for our master bedroom, family room, and kitchen. We contacted four window vendors including Supreme Windows and met with the representatives for quotes. While a couple of the products appeared to be relatively comparable we decided on Supreme. The pricing wasn't necessarily the lowest; however we we impressed with the product and, more importantly, Karl Bergen was the only representative who was fully engaged in the process. His open manner and genuine interest in meeting our needs stood out above the rest. With a background in home manufacturing and rennovations as well as many years in window manufacturing, Karl understands what clients are looking for. He offered many suggestions, made recommendations, and he came equipped with is handy dandy iPad and was able to show a multitude of examples of projects that he had worked on in the past. This visual of the final installed product was very helpful in making our window selections.

THE INSTALLATION

The installation process went very well thanks to Ryan and his team Matt & Emanuel. They worked quickly and efficiently, eventhough there were two issues that came up during the installation. The first was an encounter with stray wiring that needed to be moved before one of the windows could be installed. Ryan immediately contacted an electrician to move the wiring. While waiting for the electrician, Ryan and his team continued with other preparations in order to be ready to install as soon as the electrical work could be completed. The second issue was regarding skirting for a bay window that we could not match with our existing siding. Ryan recommended a new solution that we feel looks even better than the original design! The crew also did a great cleanup job at the end of the installlation.

THE PRODUCT

We ordered a double fixed window for our family room, a right casement window for the kitchen, and a bay window with bench seat for the bedroom. All three are from the Legacy Vinyl series and we added the built in grill which really adds to the look of the window. In addition, we ordered the Imagine sliding door for the patio with an overhead transom widow. We are extremely pleased with all of these windows but especially enjoy the bay window in the master bedroom and the Imagine patio door which is a real 'cadillac' among sliding doors! The hardward mechanisms are solid and offer excellent security and peace of mind. The quality and appearance of the windows has dramatically improved the look of our home and we look forward the energy savings come winter!

THE SERVICE

During the installation process Ryan pointed out a couple of minor scratches in one of the glass panes in the Imagine patio door. Mitch and Heather in the service department have been wonderful to work with and immediately ordered the replacement. They are very easy to work with and stay on top of the process to completion.

RECOMMENDATION

We are so pleased with our new windows and how easy it has been working with Supreme Windows and its representatives. In fact, we had such a positive experience and we loved the windows so much we ordered a new back door because our old back door was such a wreck it wasn't doing any justice to the new windows! We will work with them again when we replace our front picture windows and front door. Our whole experience with Supreme Windows could only be described as perfect. Our salesperson, Les, was knowledgeable and honest, and very good to deal with. He made great suggestions that made our windows better than we imagined. Our windows arrived on the earliest of the estimated time, and the installation team of Ryan and Dave did an absolutely amazing job. They completed the work with care for our home and made sure the windows were installed properly and looked great. Similarly, their cleaning the area after was much appreciated.

After seeing another supplier/installer who was recommended to me I had very low expectations. We emailed in to Supreme and quickly got a response and scheduled a time.

Ed Jensen was able to meet us on Saturday and take myself and my wife through the process of windows and doors. Its not simple.. but he made it easy. He was kind and very nice and honest. He had loads of integrity and didn't over promise but made me feel secure in the choice of contractors. We even bought him lunch. He stayed in contact with us all the way thorough from consultation to quote to installation. "Good notes make Good quotes" and he took great notes.

We have a custom door and sidelight, and all of our windows are just perfect.

I was away in Europe on an extended trip so only my wife was home for the installation, but she said it was clean efficient smooth professional and above all courteous. WOW.
