Centra Windows (Calgary)

A short time ago, Supreme Windows (Calgary)Inc. finished a very large contract for Whippletree West Housing Co-Op, exchanging our windows (377 in all). As we are a Housing Co-Op with 60 units housing anyone from the young to the very old, and the weather was most uncertain as it was late fall, we were very concerned both about residents being cold during the installation as well as the work being finished on-time, as demanded by CMHC under our Grant Conditions.
Supreme Windows proved themselves to be the perfect professionals by 1st holding a meeting between Karl Bergen and all our resident members, in which he went through the features, benefits and structural components of the windows. He broughts in a sample window for this meeting - and this went a great deal of the way to intercept all misgivings and to answer all questions and concerns posed by our members.
After the work of exchanging all windows began, we found Supreme to be extremely well organized in notifying the office of how many teams will be on site for each day of work and exactly which units will be done on the following week. This enabled me to notify members and have them prepared for the window installation, as well as for the residents to take time off from their jobs if they wanted to be home for the installation. The teams were very proficient and did their work with a minimum amount of disruption to the occupants. The units were left clean and tidy and a minimal amount of dusting and cleaning was required after installation.
The new windows are bright, stable, beautifully functional, and make a huge impact on the appearance of our Co-Op. Everyone is extremely happy with both the product and most certainly the company which was selected to perform the work.
